General Information and Implementation Status
Welcome to the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction’s (CCSA’s) Workforce Competencies survey. We are interested in learning about your organization's experience when implementing CCSA's Canada's Substance Use Workforce Competencies. Our goal is to better support you in your efforts and to share what’s working well for others who may be considering using these tools as well.
The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be combined with those of other participants to help inform future implementation efforts and impact reporting. If you provide written responses to certain questions, we may use direct quotes in our impact reports, such as our annual report. All quotes will be de-identified. Later in the survey, you will have the opportunity to provide your permission for CCSA to use your direct quotes. At the end, we will ask for your personal information for follow-up purposes only.
